ARS Acknowledgement Letter
What is an Acknowledgement Letter?
Injured employees will receive an Acknowledgement Letter once their incident is entered into the Call Center component of ARS. The letter contains the employee's name, address, ARS Incident Number, the date of incident and the date the incident was reported to ARS.
All employees who report incidents to ARS (either through the ARS Call Center or by the agency's personnel office) will be sent an Acknowledgement Letter automatically.
Note: The address in ARS, located on the People page of the Call Center component, is the address where the Acknowledgement Letter is sent.
